Salmon and Egg Roll

Ingredients:

  • 1 crusty roll
  • A little butter
  • 1 medium sized egg
  • A slice of smoked salmon

Method:

 

1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius

 

2. Slice off the top of the roll, and hollow out the inside slightly, to make a bowl

 

3. Spread some butter into the 'bowl' and carefully lay down the salmon

 

4. Crack the egg into the bread and salmon, and put into the oven for 5-10 mins, or until the salmon and bread are cooked to your liking

 

5. If the egg is not yet done, put it in the microwave for a minute or two

 

6. If you want to, grill the top of your roll and cut into 'soldiers' to dip into the egg
