I developed this recipe from one I found online for a school Food Tech project, where we had to make a 'healthy breakfast'. Originally, it had yoghurt in but was rather thick, so I changed it. Serves 1-2. Being a milkshake, it can be changed to make use of whatever is available, and we have made it with ice cream, yoghurt, or even just water for a smoothie. Mint is also delicious to give it a fresher taste.
Ingredients:
Method:
1. Peel and cut up the banana, and hull and chop the strawberries.
2. Blend together the all of the ingredients, including the milk, wih either a hand held blender in a bowl or a free-standing one.
3. Thin with more milk if necessary
4. Pour into glasses and serve, possibly garnished with mint if you so wish
