I stumbled across these when, one evening, I was flicking through my Mum's compilation of recipes while waiting for supper. I scanned the ingredients and concluded that a pudding containing little more than chocolate, banana, yoghurt and cream HAD to taste quite nice. That night, we had banana creams for pudding and thoroughly enjoyed it. If you do not happen to eat chocolate, like my father, then simply omit the chocolate from the method and continue as usual.
Ingredients:
Method:
1. Make a few chocolate curls, or grate a little chocolate and melt the remaining chocolate
2. Whip the cream and yoghurt until stiff
3. Mash bananas and fold into chocolate
4. Spoon some of the chocolate mixture into 4-6 glasses
5. Spoon some of the cream mixture into each glass
6, Repeat to finish up the cream and chocolate mixtures and form a stripy pattern
7. Sprinkle with the gated chocolate and serve
