Salmon with a Parmesan Crust

Ingredients:

  • 6 salmon fillets
  • salt and pepper
  • 150g cream cheese
  • 1 small clove garlic
  • zest of half a lemon
  • 25g breadcrumbs
  • 25g grated parmesan
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsely

Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees celsius

 

2. Season both sides of each salmon fillet and place on a lined tray

 

3. Mash together the cream cheese, garlic, lemon zest, and salt and pepper

 

4. Mix together the parmesan, breadcrumbs and parsley

 

5. Spread each fillet with the cream cheese mixture and sprinkle with the parmesan mix

 

6. Bake for about 15 minutes, until the salmon has turned from translucent to opaque and serve
